Hi, I’m Zoe, a garden and landscape designer based in Southwest London. I specialise in bespoke residential gardens and planting schemes, mainly across London and Surrey, but I occasionally work further afield.
My goal is to transform your garden from a headache into a beautiful, meaningful and usable space for you to enjoy life in. To achieve this, I offer a comprehensive garden and planting design service, guiding clients from the initial concept right through to plant establishment.
I’m a hands-on designer who stays involved throughout the process to enhance project outcomes, reduce environmental impact, and alleviate client stress. Whether managing standalone projects or collaborating within a larger build, I work with trusted contractors and closely liaise with other professionals to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results.
My design philosophy focuses on bespoke solutions tailored to each client's unique tastes and the specific characteristics of their site and local environment. I blend practical functionality with creative flair, aiming to create spaces that not only meet your practical needs but also resonate emotionally—turning them into meaningful places. Responsible design is central to my work, and I take pride in creating gardens that enrich both my clients’ lives and the environment.
In addition to designing, I regularly contribute to press articles, serve on the editorial board of the Garden Design Journal, and act as an Ambassador for the National Allotment Society. Before garden design, I worked as a researcher in the civil service, with my career change featured in the national press due to my extensive project management background.
